The term “Hotspot” is used for those geographical regions that are particularly rich in endemic, rare, and threatened species that are found in relatively small areas but face significant threats to their habitat. A significant influence of geographical position could be the reason why many of these areas are designated as Biodiversity Hotspots in India. Throughout our Country, Nature has created innumerable, unique, and picturesque places, along with intricately crafted species of a variety of flora and fauna.
